Pet -  Pet a dog/Cat or any other innocent pet. Bring them home from the street to your home. Take his care, spend some time with him. And if this is not possible give food to street animals who are really hungry.

Help Others – Help others either human or animal. Help poor kids by giving them food, and help birds/animals by putting mud bowls of water in places.

Cause Helping those who really need and can’t pay you back will give you immense pleasure from inside. You will start looking at life with a whole different view.

Think - If you want to be happy, you are probably sad/frustrated/angry or in a problem physically, mentally, or emotionally. Whatever the cause is, just don’t run from it don’t try to stop thinking of it, and don’t try to force yourself to be happy with that burden instead think about the main point of that problem, ask yourself can you treat that? Is that right or wrong? Will it hurt you in the future also? Or it is just a temporary problem. Don’t just think all day and don’t even force yourself to completely stop thinking of it. Manage some time for it so it will not disturb you all day.

Focus on what you eat – Eat mostly healthy food. Stay away from unhealthy foods, not completely but mostly. Don’t force yourself to maintain a strict diet all the time enjoy food but to a limit.

Cause what goes in you can completely impact and change your body, your state of mind, your heart, your breathing and yes it does.

Find out your Strength- Search for your strength within yourself to boost your confidence and to make you happy.

Find out your Weakness - Search for your weakness and work on them if you think that is required.

Yes or No - Indulge yourself in the things which worth your time. Say No to things that can hurt you later or can put you in any kind of trouble. Say Yes to meeting your friends, watching movies together, reading books, good experiences.

Understand Others  – Everyone is different, thinks differently, and acts differently, if someone doesn’t act according to your thoughts, don’t hurt yourself.

Acceptance – life is different for everyone around you. Life is different at different times. Focus on growing Mentally and Emotionally with a healthy lifestyle. Accept the surrounding as it is. Don’t complain Focus on improving.

Don’t Hide - Don’t hide your emotions don’t stop yourself from speaking. Time is flying u must live every moment don’t live in a cage of thoughts. Express yourself until and unless it doesn’t hurt anyone or anything good.

Exercise – We all know healthy minds live in a healthy body and a healthy mind can surely make you happier. Exercise releases chemicals in your brain that lift your mood. Make a routine of exercise either daily or 3 times a week if you are quite busy. Exercise helps in reducing stress, and anxiety and helps in increasing happiness, confidence, and self-esteem.

Exercise can be of different types such as weight lifting, calisthenics, Yoga, Dancing, or Even Working out in a park and a good walk.

Do Exercise with precautions don’t overburden yourself, listen to your body, your goal must be to maintain a healthy lifestyle with your exercise routine in order to be happy.

Get plenty of sleep- If you are not sleeping enough you are hurting your body and your mind.

Not Getting enough sleep has many  disadvantages:

Increase in serious health problems, like heart disease and diabetes

Mode swings

Lack of Energy

You may get sick more often

Unable to think clearly

Memory problems

And lot more

So it is always advisable to sleep between 7 to 9 hours a day.

Don’t use your phone while you are in your bed to sleep and leave your bed as soon as you wake up after your good sleep.

Meditation- We all know about this you only need to take steps. Meditation helps you to control your thoughts and also helps you to live in the present. Reduces distractions and also helps you in getting good sleep. Maintaining a balanced routine for meditation can turn your life completely.

It’s been often proven that Meditation clears your mind.

Meditation has numerous benefits.
